Refund and Cancellation Policy

A submission fee is refunded in full when we reject the submission for a reason within our control. A contact unlock is not refundable once the number has been revealed, because the thing you paid for has been delivered. Where a payment succeeded but the service was not delivered, the refund is automatic and does not require you to ask.
